These pictures are of me out and about, around Red Square and the Kremlin and near there.

Just outside of Red Square...a picture of me with Lenin and Stalin...apparently I was supposed to pay them for letting me take a picture with them...I didn't know that until afterwards of course. So, if I don't make it another day, or I never make it home, it'll be safe to assume that I'm either in hiding, I ran away, I comandeered a ship and I'm sailing, or I'm battling with Lenin and Stalin...anyone one of those are possible

Entering the main part of Red Square

A good day shot of St. Basils Cathedral
I did a report last semester, and I learned that because Peter the Great (I think it was him) liked the arcitechture of this so much, he didn't want anything else to be as beautiful. In other words, he didn't want the artist to duplicate it anywere else, so he had him blinded.

A cool shot through a hole in the brige at more cool architecture.

Getting ready for the changing of the gaurds...

The gaurds changed...it was pretty anti-climatic...I guess I was expecting someting more.

A cool little...routine? of somesort at the Kremlin...close range, they'd kick trash with their kicks, but they way they march would give them away long before you could see them...and once you did, you could pick them out like daisies.

More crazy marching, but you gotta give it to them, not many people I know can do it...just can-can girls.

More of the army parading around in the middle

Chilling next to the biggest bell I've ever seen

This is the biggest canon I've ever seen. It's also the biggest canon owned by Russia, but it's also never been shot. I wonder why? Oh, maybe it's because no one could lift the canon balls into the canon...to bad they didn't have P90X back then...

Cool fountain with horses near the outside of the Square

a Phoenix!

Beautiful

Me doing a sweet heel click in Red Square

St. Basils, with extra cool lighting effects from my Camera

Me doing a hand stand outside of St. Basils, just after having scaled the Cathedral itself :)

Mind your manners, son - we're counting on you returning in August!
ok ok, I didn't really scale the Cathedral...but I think about it all the time...
I agree with the anti-climactic changing of the guards. Major letdown.
Amazing pictures!!
I just have to say that I LOVE those penguin pictures, they make me smile everytime I'm on your blog!
